This is the standard 1-hour consulting service which covers and entitles you to:

Windows to Linux Migration/Setup/Support, PC Diagnostics and/or Repair (Mobile service for SOWELA OR Remote Support), Wireless/Wired Network Troubleshooting/Repair, Smartphone Diagnostics/Repair, IP Camera System Troubleshooting/Repair, Video Game Console Diagnostics (all), Home Assistant Diagnostics/Troubleshooting, IoT Troubleshooting/Repair, Server Migration, Site-To-Site Communication Support, Website Development/Migration/Repair, Cloud Deployment/Migration/Repair, IT Infrastructure Cost Savings Analysis, Business-In-A-Box IT Deployments (2-hour bundle or higher), Telecom/PBX Development/Migration/Repair.

Once your purchase is confirmed, a representative will reach out to you within 15 minutes to begin your support session or schedule your onsite service (LOCAL ONLY; Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas).

Additional hours can be purchased as a bundle. If time needs to be added to an existing service event, this can be done onsite/remotely as needed with your technician and purchase authorization.
